This release contains a few new features as well as some performance related improvements.
The following work was completed for this release:

- New method, DynamicWrap, on the DelegateUtility class in the Cuemon namespace
- New overloaded method, GetOrAdd, on the CacheCollection class in the Cuemon.Caching namespace

- Improved the Cache class in the Cuemon.Caching namespace to iterate interface IDependency instead of concrete Dependency class
- Improved the CacheCollection class in the Cuemon.Caching namespace to support thread safe memoization in the Memoize overloads
- Improved the EntityDataAdapter class in the Cuemon.Data.Entity namespace to provide better performance when retrieving data for collection classes
- Improved the XmlDataReader class in the Cuemon.Data.XmlClient namespace to support CDATA sections and accumulate nodes when a result exists and the depth is one

- Fixed a bug in the constructor on the DateSpan struct in the Cuemon namespace that inadvertently calculated days and months wrong
- Fixed a bug in the Read method on the BulkCopyDataReader class in the Cuemon.Data namespace that in some cases contained data from last read operation
