Copies Visual C++ Redistributable x86 runtime components of Visual C++ libraries that are required to run applications developed using Visual Studio 2012 into the output folder on each build for managed projects (e.g. VB.NET/C#/F# projects that depend on Magick.NET need this runtime deployed on computers that don't have Visual Studio installed). This packages installs x86 runtime components of the C Runtime (CRT), Standard C++, ATL, MFC, C++ AMP, and OpenMP libraries.
