Added SimpleJson for serialisation and deserialisation purposes. Automatically deserialises JSON if a generic argument is given in the function call. Added a request object giving the user the ability to specify contenttype and headers. Made the default string tokenizer output lowercase tokens. Added capability to specify a specific Url per function call. Added Output and Input Pipelines for editing the request and response before it goes into the In and Output editors.
