Added "sj-margin-box-model". Adding this class tells SubtractJS to treat margin, padding, and border as inside the box. This simplifies layouts that use sections that add up to 100%. This only affects sj-fill-left, sj-fill-right, sj-fill-top, and sj-fill-bottom elements. See sample at http://g.grax.com/19XhrHR
