Use RequestStrap Class- and Method-level Attributes when unit testing to initialize System.Web.HttpContext.Current prior to running tests. Release 0.2 contains a single Attribute [RequestStrap] which performs minimal initialization of System.Web.HttpContext.Current to allow Application and Cache objects to be used from tests.
