User License Agreement

BY CLICKING THE ACCEPT BUTTON OR INSTALLING OR USING METRIWARE
MAINFRAME INTEGRATOR (THE "PRODUCT"), YOU (EITHER AN INDIVIDUAL OR
AN ENTITY) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL, COPY, OR
OTHERWISE USE THE PRODUCT.

You must not use more than the number of authorized connection licenses
that you are entitled to.

You agree: 
   (i) not to make unauthorized copies of the Product; 
   (ii) to only install the Product on the number of workstations 
        for which you have authorization.

If you have received a Time-Limited Evaluation version of the Product,
your license to such version of the Product will terminate at the end of
the Evaluation Period. You may not use the Product beyond the Evaluation
Period without prior permission from Metrixware.
