0.5.0 - allow bubbling to continue after an event is handled by using an additional binding like "delegatedClickBubble: true" with "Click" being the name of the event to control.
0.4.0 - disabled elements (and elements inside of disabled elements) will not execute event handlers
0.3.0 - prevent bubbling if event is actually handled to prevent multiple delegatedHandlers from processing same event
0.2.0 - change submit behavior to match KO arguments
0.1.3 - code cleanup. use Jasmine 2.0 for tests.
0.1.2 - use parentNode rather than parentElement for better SVG support
