1.2. "You" and "Your" refers to the individual or entity using the Software or exercising rights under this agreement.

1.3. "Commercial Entity" refers to any company or organization, whether for-profit or non-profit.

1.4. "Small Revenue Company" refers to a company whose annual gross revenue does not exceed 1 Million euros in the previous fiscal year.

1.5. "Transitive Dependency" refers to the scenario in which the Software is not directly integrated or used by You, but instead is a dependency of another software package that You are using.

2. DUAL LICENSE GRANT

2.1. GPL v3 License for Small Revenue Companies and Transitive Dependency Consumption:
If You qualify as a Small Revenue Company or if You are using the Software as a Transitive Dependency, You are granted a license to use and distribute the Software under the terms of the GNU General Public License, version 3 (GPL v3). A copy of GPL v3 can be found at [http://www.gnu.org/licenses/]. This license does not grant You any rights to use the Software in any manner not expressly allowed by GPL v3.

2.2. Commercial License:

3. TERMINATION

If You breach the terms of this Dual License Agreement, Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate without notice from the licensor. However, licensors may choose to give You the opportunity to cure the breach.

4. DISCLAIMER

This Software is provided "as is" and any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed.

5. LIABILITY

In no event shall the licensors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use or distribution of the Software.
