Your access to and use of the code (the “Software”) is governed by the Dynatrace Subscription Agreement
(available at https://www.dynatrace.com/company/trust-center/customers/subscription-agreement/) or, 
if you and Dynatrace entered into an executed subscription agreement, the executed subscription agreement
(in each case, your "Dynatrace Subscription Agreement"). 
Without limiting the foregoing, you may access and use the Software only as you are authorized to do so
pursuant to an active order for the Dynatrace platform.
